On Friday, March 15, 2019, eighteen students from Shore Christian Academy grades three through seven participated in the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) annual Math Olympics at Denbigh Baptist School in Newport News, VA. Six students placed in the competition. In Third Grade Computation, Ashlyn Mears placed first with a medal and Siddhi Patel placed second. In Third Grade Reasoning, Aarav Patel placed first with a medal. In Fifth Grade Reasoning, Sarah Outten placed third. In Seventh grade Computation, Kaylee McCutcheon placed first. In Seventh Grade Reasoning, Laney Drummond placed fourth.
